The Python Tutor

Welcome to The Python Tutor!

Hello,

I'm Nelson Carrasquel, CEO and co-founder of The Python Tutor. I started doing online tutoring back then in 2016.

In 2017 I created The Python Tutor Blog and Facebook page, this was a side project, the idea was to promote Python learning through the sharing of quick and small tutorials. Eventually, peoples started asking for help and guidance, so I started doing more and more online tutoring to the point that now instead of being a side project, is my main project and job.

A lot has changed since I started doing this, and Python has been becoming more and more popular.

One thing I've learned over the last couple of years helping people all over the world is that Python is not going anywhere, is here to stay for more years.

Another thing that I've learned is that Python is being used in every aspect of the tech industry, making more colleges to put Python in their main programming courses, but even more, many and many coding bootcamps have been created to make Python developers up to the industry requirements in less than a year time.

But one thing is for sure, learning how to program even with a really fast to learn programming language such as Python is hard. Students struggle even in the most rated colleges and bootcamps. Why is that? Well, we all have different learning paces and learn things in different approaches.

That's why The Python Tutor is so successful among our students, we provide a personal service in guidance and tutoring, helping our students to become the experts the industry needs.

Over the course of the year we have provided more than 200 hours of one on one tutorings to more than 70 students. We feel really happy about this and we have decided to make The Python Tutor a complete learning platform.

In our plans, besides tutorings, we want to create tutorials and open fast courses, including a couple of Books and more and more.

Glad that you came to this platform to learn as well, and thanks for being part of our readers.

Happy coding!

Nelson and The Python Tutor team.
